How would I return a product I brought off you that is either broken or faulty?

How long do i get for a warranty period if I purchase any of your products?

Our goods are guaranteed for 12 months if you have a warranty claim email details of the product and invoice number. We will give you a reference number and the goods must be returned to us at your cost. Upon receipt, the goods will be inspected and a report sent to you. At our discretion we will replace or repair damaged caused by normal use and returned free of charge. Any damage caused by misuse will be advised with a repair charge.

What do I do if I've ordered the wrong product? 

We can only accept product returns as a result of incorrect ordering at our discretion. Products must not be returned to us without prior notification and must be unused, in good condition and in the original primary packing, which must also be in good condition and suitable for resale. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt. 

What if my item is faulty? 

If you have received a faulty item, please call us on 0121 544 3090 and we will arrange for the faulty item to be collected from you and returned to us. We will inspect the item on return and offer you a free replacement.

Are all the products on your website in stock? 

We make every effort to ensure that products listed on our website are currently in stock and available for immediate dispatch. However, if an item is out of stock due to high demand, we will contact you as soon as possible to either suggest a carefully selected alternative, or to advise you of a delivery date.

Can I order by phone?

Yes. You can place an order with us over the telephone. Simply call 0121 544 3090 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Do I get a VAT invoice? 

Yes, when you place an order you will receive an email confirming your purchase. We will then send you a VAT invoice by post.

What are your opening times?

Our opening time are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, we are closed weekends.

How do you calculate delivery charges?

For the majority of products we charge a standard £10.00 delivery charge for a single boxed item up to 20 kg. For pallet items we confirm the postage with yourselves dependent upon item being delivered and location. Certain locations such as Highlands, Ireland and Channel Islands have special delivery charges which will have to quote for at the time of purchase.

Can you send me my delivery at a specific time?

Yes. We offer pre 12:00 deliveries at an extra cost, please call us on 0121 544 3090.
